5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Strategically betting in collusion with other players (collusion).

8. Account Closure and Suspension

bee44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Provision of false or incomplete information.
• A court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team to temporarily or permanently close your account for responsible gambling reasons. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.
